Food - Bacon

By now I think most people, who are fans of bacon, have heard of the Bacon Explosion. However I suspect that not a lot of people have tried it but want to.

So I'm wondering - are there any food hackers who'd like to prepare and contribute one to barcamp for people to try?

I'm guessing 1 bacon explosion would feed 10-15 people. so there's lots of room for multiple people to submit one.

I don't have the bbq gear but I'd throw down on meeting some of the expenses and help prep. Looks like I'm only available on Saturday though. Also it's going to take like 4 hours to slow cook right? will that be an issue?

Explosion is what happens to your intestines after eating it, right? I have a recipe for bacon cookies I've been wanting to try. We can have a bacon cook-off.

A bacon cook off would be awesome. There are no cooking facilities, so any food would already need to be made prior to arriving at barcamp
